On June 1st 2016, Bangi Golf Resort, received a visit from lecturers and students of Taylor’s University Culinology Programme. The industry visitation was held as a platform for sharing experience between the industry and the academia.




During the fun and interactive learning session, the valued guests also get to enjoy a sumptuous spread produced by BGR’s experienced taste makers such as Mee Jawa, Nasi Lemak with Sambal Sotong Kembang and Chicken Lasagna among others. They also had the chance to indulge the freshly churned Cendol Gelato at the Gelato Live Station.







The presentation on the operations side of the organization was successfully delivered by Mr. Soh Chung-Ky, the Director of Bangi Golf Resort and Hotel Bangi-Putrajaya. A stimulating Q&A session was conducted at the end of the presentation where the young talents gets to raise questions and receive advices regarding managing hotel operations from the Director himself.



It was an amazing sharing experience between the industry and the academia, and we look forward to see these young talents soon!
